Les hommes ressemblent à des spectateurs les uns assis sur le velours, les autres sur la planche nue, la plupart debout, qui assistent tous les soirs au même drame, et baîllent tous à se détraquer la machoire.

The French misled me. Disneyland was dreadful. Endless line ups, kids were yelling, screaming, crying, pulling and pushing. They were eating in between dropping food on their chests; fries covered with ketchup, hamburgers soaked in mustard and ice cream dipped in chocolate. It was gross. They were almost as scary as Mickey Mouse and Pluto. I am not sure what is all the fuss about. The only thing that was all right was the Pirates of the Caribbean. I was impressed by the formidable technical apparatus.
At the end of the day I counted my money and I realized that I have 60 dollars left. It is not much. Jeffrey said that he is going to try to find me a few days of work. This would be great.
Apart from Disneyland, the biggest event was probably my decision to adopt a cat. Mike, one of Jeffrey friends, is suppose to bring me one tomorrow. I figured that it would be nice to travel with a little fury friend.
