Today there are a series of events and anniversaries that worth noting. Ten years ago, on August 15, 1969, the Woodstock Music and Art Festival was getting under way. Since my arrival in California I have met a few people that were there and they are still raving about it. I would have liked to be there but I was only a little boy then.



Another great event is the 375th anniversary of Acadia. I am sure that René, Monique, Julie, Yves, Marc and everybody else are partying hard already. I have good memories of all the Frolics su' la Butte à Napoléon in Cap Pelé. Vive l'acadie libre!



The third big news is that I got my cat! She is small and black and she seems to have fleas. I have named her Maurice and I have a good feeling about our team.
